A FAYER, A PROTECTION, A FUTURE
Providing a home
to a child
In compliance with Moroccan legislation.
INCLUDE KAFALA
A legal measure
Protection
In Morocco, kafala is the legal measure that enables a family to take care of a child deprived of its parents, by providing him with a stable home, education, protection and all the affection he needs to grow up.
In contrast to adoption as it exists in some countries, kafala does not create a bond of filiation. It entrusts a person or a couple with the responsibility of raising and protecting the child until his or her majority, in accordance with the provisions of Moroccan law.
Within the Radia Association, we accompany families throughout this process so that it takes place in the best conditions, with benevolence, listening and transparency.
